In accordance with the terms and conditions, you can receive a full refund if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking your ticket. We have a strict no-refund policy after this date.

If you can no longer attend Web Summit Qatar, and you are outside of our 14 day refund policy, you are free to change the name your ticket to a friend or colleague.
