You can login to your ticket dashboard using the email address your ticket is assigned to to view your ticket details.
If you cannot attend, click "transfer ticket" beside your ticket to reassign your ticket to another person.

Please note: some ticket types cannot be reassigned, including those issued by invite e.g. Speaker, Media, Investor tickets and those awarded based on merit or by application e.g. Developer and Scholarship tickets.
